It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted material has been improperly used on our website, please follow the procedures outlined below.
1. What is the DMCA?
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States copyright law that provides guidelines for online service providers, such as websites, to address claims of copyright infringement. It sets forth the process for copyright holders to notify service providers of alleged copyright infringement and for service providers to respond by removing or disabling access to the infringing content.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that any content on WinCredit infringes on your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice to us. To comply with the DMCA, your Takedown Notice must include the following information:

- Description of the Copyrighted Work: Identify the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed, including any registration numbers or relevant details that clarify your claim.
- URL of Infringing Content: Provide the specific URL(s) of the material you believe to be infringing. General information about the website will not be sufficient.
- Statement of Good Faith: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
- Statement of Accuracy and Authority: Include a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Electronic or Physical Signature: The notice must be signed by the copyright owner or an authorized agent acting on their behalf.
